Designation – Assistant Training Manager
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have experience 4-6 years in training functions.
- The candidate should preferably have a post graduation in HR from premier institute
- Any other training certification would be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to lead and guide the team
- Identify training needs based on client interaction
- To plan and prepare training calendar
- Co-ordinate with trainers and participants
- Preparing design document for the programs
- Excellent in soft skill Behavioral training
- To prepare training module as per the requirement
- To develop suitable training evaluation methods for all on the job & off the job training.
- Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment
