I would like to congratulate Mindskillz upon the successful completion of “soft skills” training for the Apollo Clinics.
We appreciate the efforts of the trainers to enhance - telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills and overall presentation for the staff attending these trainings.

While we look forward to the feedback from the trainees that attended these trainings, my own observation was that the trainers were engaging and motivated.

The Grammar Slammer Program conducted by Mindskillz was a huge success. Initially there was quite a bit of reservations about the training sessions, but Mindskillz faculty made them come out of their shells and take part whole heartedly. Ms. Bhavani Naik did a fantastic job of involving all the participants in discussion and ensuring that the participants grasped the concepts. We received a very good response and feedback from all the participants regarding the program. The trainer’s enthusiasm made the training sessions lively. We are looking forward to the OJTs at Hyderabad to gauge the retention levels in the participants.
 
According to me, the case studies could have been a little more customized to our needs.
