TNA is conducted to:

Determine the areas where training is required.
Identify issues faced by employees in terms of individual development & organization’s growth.
Plan the training budget of a company
Highlight occasions where training may not be appropriate but requires an alternate action.

We provide a detailed PTR or Post Training Report with key observations and recommendations from the trainer.
